Importing compatibility fragment that will allow PHPEclipse 1.2.0 to run on Eclipse 3.2. This fragment works on my dev environment, and the nightly code fails. To run a test open up the compatibility select the fragment.xml, First tab should have Launch Eclipse Application or something like that. It will launch and you can open PHP files again. This will be an option to install from nightly. People with 3.2 will need to select it. There was some mention about version but i could not seem to get it to work. It might be due to the fact that we have the version set to 0.0.0 for our build system to add the correct build.
