   1 Quick and Dirty Install Instructions:
   2 1. Download and unpack eclipse 2.1 into a directory [e.g. C:\eclipse]
   3 2. Download PHPEclipse plugin
   4 3. Unzip it into the plugins directory of eclipse [e.g. C:\eclipse\plugins]
   5 4. Launch eclipse
   6 5. Open the PHPEclipse Perspective [Go to Windows -> Open Perspective -> Other and select PHPEclipse SQL Perspective]
   7 6. Right click any where on the Bookmark view and select "New Bookmark..."
